Ride the Jingle Bell Bus to and from Holiday Events in Shreveport-Bossier, Nov. 30

On Nov. 30, the Christmas spirit is in the air in Shreveport-Bossier with all of the events that are taking place this Saturday. Rockets Over the Red Fireworks Festival, Small Business Saturday in Downtown Shreveport, Sno-Port at Sci-Port, FriendsWithYou Rainbow City at Caddo Common Park, Le Marche de Noel at Shreveport Aquarium, and the East Bank Golf Cart Parade and Shop Small Market are just some of the things that are coming up. With such a hectic schedule of events, you may have started trying to decide the best way to spend your weekend. However, the introduction of The Jingle Bell Bus, sponsored by SporTran, allows you to attend multiple events in one day throughout Downtown Shreveport and the East Bank District.

The Jingle Bell Bus will transport guests to both sides of the Red River, with five public bus stops at Festival Plaza, Shreveport Aquarium, the Red River District, Louisiana Boardwalk Outlets, and the East Bank District. The bus will run from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., circulating every 20 minutes. One-way tickets are $1.25 for adults and $.60 for children. Children under 37 inches ride free. Exact change for each ride is needed.
