Sno-Port 2024

Sno-Port is an interactive, snow-themed science playground at Sci-Port Discovery Center in Shreveport, delighting visitors from around the region since 2019. This popular holiday experience, redesigned annually, showcases the creativity of local artists with a variety of engaging, science-based activities. Exhibit Activities

This year’s Sno-Port features exciting new and returning interactive activities:

• Sock Skating Rink: Glide like an Olympic skater on a highly polished white polymer rink—perfect for sock skating!
• Freeze Frame: Create your own mini-movie with an interchangeable magnetic backdrop wall and your mobile phone.
• Snowball Pong: Challenge yourself with this overhead game inspired by the classic Pong video game.

Returning favorites include the Xylophone Tree, Snowball Toss, Snow Globe, Ice Fishing Pond, and Igloo City.
