Logansport Festival of Lights

Logansport, located on the Sabine River in northwest Louisiana.  For 40+ years this rural community has decorated and celebrated the Christmas season. Hundreds of volunteers work for months stringing lights and checking set pieces.  The lights on on from the Saturday before Thanksgiving to the first Sunday after the new year.  You can drive through or park and stroll along the lighting displays.  Admission is FREE throughout the season.

Take time to stroll along Main Street and shop at some of the local establishments.  Logansport has several outstanding restaurants serving everything from hamburgers, southern comfort food and stuffed flounder or Catfish Pontchartrain.
