Families can enjoy walking displays under a sea of Christmas lights. Talk about a winter wonderland!

Situated along the Sabine River in DeSoto Parish, Logansport is a historic riverport community between Shreveport/Bossier and Natchitoches and directly across the river from Joaquin, Texas. The large, lighted water tower will guide you to the destination.

After experiencing the lights and fireworks take a stroll along the river to enjoy the magic of the moment. Christmas lights reflecting into the Sabine River all add to the enjoyment of a fun holiday month. Several restaurants are located near Main Street adjacent to the riverfront park and shops are open.

The lights remain on until after the first of the year for your enjoyment.

Other parades and celebrations throughout the parish highlight Christmas in DeSoto Parish in Grand Cane, Mansfield and Stonewall throughout December.
