The Bossier Arts Council once again hosts the East Bank Holiday Market in the East Bank Plaza on Saturday, December 3 at 4 p.m. Admission is free. Come get your holiday shopping done early and locally with themed Vendors, Food Trucks, Music, and some Holiday Cheer.
