Christmas in Minden

Our Christmas Spirit will be showcased on December 11, as we celebrate Christmas in Minden with ornament making, storytelling, Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting Ceremony and Fireworks.  Santa will be making an appearance to visit will all the boys and girls.

Visit City Art Works for ornament making, Webster Library for storytelling, and with Santa Claus at the Tree for photos.  Watch our “Twas the Night before Christmas!” parade at 5:00pm in Downtown.

 The lighting of the Christmas tree is scheduled for December 11^th at 7:00 pm in Historic Downtown Minden. The program includes vocal performances and an appearance by the beloved Cousin Eddie.  So joins us at the Tree and stay for the Fireworks.
